Ana is an energetic and dedicated dietitian passionate about supporting individuals, couples and families in their heath journeys. Her areas of interest include weight management, cardiovascular health, diabetes, women’s health (PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, pregnancy, amenorrhea...) and fertility.

Importantly, she believes a healthy diet is about adding to one’s plate, and life: from optimising fertility (did you know that a father’s health when trying to conceive can impact the baby’s risk of disease as an adult?); to supporting women through pregnancy and menopause, to improving heart and bone health -    eating well should be easy, fun – and delicious.
