You can make a referral for your patient to see us in rooms at North Sydney, Wahroonga or Bankstown, or via our Telehealth clinic.

Faxed referrals will be triaged and given preference where needed. Please fax to (02) 9157 9056, or send through online to the following portal. For urgent referrals please call (02) 9157 9095 during business hours.
