To book your appointment with with an endocrinologist you will need a valid referral from your GP

What should I bring to my first appointment at Sydney Endocrinology?

Please bring the following to your first appointment:

  • A referral letter from your GP/Specialist.

  • Medicare and any concession cards.

  • Any relevant test results including scans, X-rays and blood tests.

What rebates are available for me, for your Allied Health Services - Accredited Practising Dietitian, Credentialed Diabetes Educator or Psychologist? +

  • Most private health funds provide rebates for visits to APDs, CDEs and Psychologists.
  • Medicare provides rebates for visits to APDs and CDEs, under the Enhanced Primary Care program. Speak to your GP regarding your eligibility.
  • Medicare provides rebates for visits to Psychologists under the Mental Health Care program. Speak to your GP regarding your eligibility.
