Sydney Endocrinology offers Sessional Rooms to rent at both our Wahroonga and North Sydney locations.

OUR FACILITIES

We have a brand new fit out with a professional yet innovative feel. To enhance your branding we are able to place your logo on a stand at the front desk while you are consulting. We will have your name plate on your consulting room door.

There is ample parking for your patients, underground paid parking with lift access at Wahroonga and for North Sydney street parking across the road on the Pacific Highway, East Lane, Myrtle Street and Hazelbank Avenue. Level access is available through the rear of the building at 2 East Lane.

NORTH SYDNEY ROOMS

Suite 3/319 Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW

In the North Sydney rooms we have available:

  • 4 medical consulting suites

  • 3 allied health consulting suites

  • Staff Room with fully functional kitchen

  • Children’s Play Area

  • Patient Office Charging Station with WiFi

  • Staff Bathroom with Shower

  • Available currently on Thursdays and Fridays

WAHROONGA ROOMS

Suite G05, Parkway San Clinic, 172 Fox Valley Road, Wahroonga NSW

In the Wahroonga rooms we have available:

  • 2 medical consulting suites

  • 1 allied health consulting suite

  • Reception Desk

  • Kitchenette

  • Staff Parking available

  • 72sqm

  • Available currently on Thursdays and Fridays all day

Our FACILITIES

SESSIONAL ROOMS PACKAGE:

  • 1 x 4 hour session per week

  • Receptionist meet & greet

  • Consulting room

  • Waiting room facilities

  • Staff Kitchen facilities

  • Telehealth enabled

What’s included:

  • Set up Link to local printers

  • Logo at reception desk

  • WIFI access

  • 1 x4 hour session per week reserved for your exclusive use

  • (8am-12pm, 9am-1pm, 1pm-5pm, or as agreed Monday to Friday)

Consulting room:

  • Computer, light box, sink, examination bed

  • Printer, paper, script paper

  • Wifi

  • Phones

Waiting room facilities:

  • Tea/coffee/water

  • Wifi

  • USB and power points, and workstation

  • Staff kitchen facilities

  • Telehealth enabled

Rate reductions available if more than one session and/or room required per week.

Terms

  • Minimum 3 month contract, invoiced monthly

Secretarial support

Additional Secretarial support may include:

  • Set up support

  • Training of staff to use your system

  • Bookings and billings

  • Interface with you and your staff

  • Dedicated staff to work with you, to get to know your protocols and procedures

  • General secretarial duties eg chasing referrals or results

  • Liaison with your regular administration staff

  • Interface with patients

  • Meet and greet

  • Bookings/billings

Secretarial support for hours outside your consulting hours, rates are negotiable depending on your requirements.

Other services available on request
